Take our virtual Winter Reading Challenge!
You may be at home, but you can still earn points for reading to enter great prize raffles.
How do I start?
- Download the Winter Reading Club app to get started:
- Using a desktop computer? Visit ghpl.readsquared.com.
- Using your phone or tablet? Download the free app ReadSquared from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Want to participate offline? Call a library staff member at 614-486-2951 to get started.
- If you participated in our virtual Summer Reading Club in 2020, you can use the same login information. No need to create a new account!
Adults may register for an adult-only account, or register yourself and your children. From the account, you will be able to log reading for yourself and your children.
How do I earn points?
- Log your reading. Every 100 points you earn may be redeemed for a raffle ticket for one of our grand prizes.
- Complete the bonus BINGO board
- KIDS ONLY: Complete weekly challenges
- KIDS ONLY: Attend virtual programs. Each program has a "secret code” that can be found in the ReadSquared event calendar. Go to “enter code” and type in the secret code.
What are the prizes?
- Adult: Choose from a variety of locally sourced gift cards from Grandview businesses. Participants who earn 600 points over the six week program will be automatically entered for a grand prize at the end of the Winter Reading Challenge as well!
- Kids: Enter to win a board game bundle, book set, Lego/Duplo Kit, Kids Made Modern bundle, or chemistry set.
