KIDS & TEENS

How do I get started?

• Desktop: Visit ghpl.beanstack.org
• Mobile: Download the free Beanstack Tracker app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You will have the option to register yourself and your child(ren) and log reading for everyone from one account.

How can kids earn prizes?

• Logging their reading.
• Completing our weekly challenges.
• Attending programs. Each program has a “secret code” that will be announced at programs. Go to “badges” and choose the “Reader About Town” badge.  Click “enter secret code” and type in the secret code.

What are the prizes?

All participants who complete the program will receive the following prizes:

• GHPL T-shirt.
• Coupons to: DK Diner, Dairy Queen, Pure Imagination Chocolatier, Chocolate Café, and Star Beacon.
• “I Read at Grandview Library” bracelet.
• Blank book or book of your choice.

What are the grand prizes?

For eight hours of reading, you can purchase a raffle ticket for one of our grand prizes:

  • King’s Island passes for 4
  • Clay Café mugs plus coloring time

How do I earn prizes?

• Log the books you read to earn Logging Badges.
• Complete Activity Badges.
• Completed Badges earn you raffle tickets, to be spent towards the Grand Prizes of your choice.
• You also earn two coupons as you make progress!

What are the coupons?

• When you reach the halfway mark, receive coupon to Grandview Grind.
• When you complete the program, receive a coupon for staying overnight at one of Ohio's beautiful State Parks.

What are the Grand Prizes?

• Six (6) gift sets from local businesses and artisans!
• Spend your earned raffle tickets towards as many different prizes as you like - or put them all into the same drawing.
